BOOTCAMP: Jump, lift, shuffle, plank, skip, do drills and never stop moving. All levels are welcome and you work at YOUR ability. Tuesday and Thursday 5:45-6:45AM
NEW CLASS! Just got trained in barre and am excited to BLEND it with other strength/toning/core work.
Barre *Bend * Core: Fridays 9AM-9:55, on nice fall weather days, we will be OUTDOORS at lake Newport parking lot (tennis court lot), otherwise, we will be indoors. You should expect a moderate strength/toning workout with lots of OPTIONS—so you’ll never have to jump if that doesn’t work for your knees/etc, but you will have intensity options the entire way through. You should bring a thick towel and/or yoga mat to all classes – we will do some yoga flow through each class. We will use body bars, gliding discs, air filled balls, bands, and balance discs. You do not need to be a dancer, have dance experience, but some of the movements will have elements of dance in them/dance positions.
TRACK- Work on SPEED, no matter where you are starting! We mix up interval length, rest length and type, add in some hill days, tempo workouts, run drills, footwork, agility, core…..Best way to begin a Friday morning because you are DONE you’re your workout before 7am! Fridays 5:45-6:45AM

YOGA: mix of flow/fitness/strength and breath that allows you to be in your body, honoring wherever your body is and what you need to find in your practice. No class is ever repeated, all levels welcome, we take breaks or add challenges as our bodies allow.
Kids yoga: ages 5-8, and 9-12, 13+
