YOU DO NOT NEED TO BELONG TO A GYM! Exercise out of your home, my home, meet at parks… or as a member of Fitness First in Reston. The world is our playground!
Fitness Assessment and Health Consultation: Determine your strengths, weaknesses and baseline measurements to track your progress. Review physical activity and nutritional habits. Leave with solid strategies to meet short and long term health and fitness goals.
Personal Training sessions: 45 or 60 minute sessions to meet your fitness goals.
Experience personal guidance to help transform your strength workouts into a journey of full body exercise: heart, lungs, core included. One on one attention ensures that your goals are directing your plan, and your workout is a seamless, realistic, full body challenge.
Partner Training / Small Group Training: Exercise with a group of friends/neighbors for added motivation and fun! Small groups of up to 5 can be formed.
**Workouts are personalized- no need to match fitness levels in groups.
SEASONAL GROUP TRAINING:
Throughout the year, classes such as indoor/outdoor Yoga, Bootcamp, Run Training, Triathlon Training, Indoor Cycling for athletes/triathletes, Kickboxing are offered!
Online Training and Coaching: After completing an initial exercise session or consultation, receive weekly programs via email. This is perfect if you need to be held accountable for your exercise, want constant variety for your exercise, and WANT RESULTS! You will have a long term overall plan to work towards, weekly workouts that fit the time you have available to exercise, cardio/strength/core/stretching plans. I do coaching for runners and triathletes, as well as for the everday person looking to get into shape.
**Train for your first race or set a personal record this year! Monthly training plans to accommodate your strengths/weaknesses. Flexible training plans to accommodate time or schedule limitations.
- Nutritional training and race-day strategies.
Coaching combines the science of exercise physiology with the art of individualizing a plan for each individual. If there was a “recipe” for success, anyone with the desire could be an Olympian. That is not the case. Each athlete brings a unique physiology (some require much more recovery to perform optimally), some have greater stress/schedule limitations in their lives to deal with, some have years of experience to draw from, some athletes are just beginning, etc.
Coaches work with you, as a team, to create a focused plan to help you achieve your goals and dreams. You will be empowered by the process of attaining skills and successes that you didn’t believe were possible.
